THE HOUSE
Four double bedrooms and a mezzanine floor with a sofa bed. A south-facing terrace with idyllic views of the mill pond and the incredible wildlife of the protected marshland beyond. Incredible views from every window.

COZY & COMFORTABLE
The Water Mill Race is a former water mill converted by the National Trust into a spacious, comfortable house for 8 people with beautiful views. The large sitting room with a vaulted ceiling is airy and has a door out to a balcony for sunny days. There is a wood burner for cooler nights.
If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is very well stocked with a dishwasher and lots of utensils, crockery, and glasses.

ROOMS
On the ground floor, there is a shower room with two double bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed and the second with two singles. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with adult size bunkbeds and a family bathroom. The kitchen and sitting room with mezzanine and dining area is also on this floor.
On the second floor, there is a large master bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

TERRACE
The Water Mill Race is next to other houses and apartments with south-facing terraces overlooking the mill pond. The house has its own terrace with a large table and chairs. From the terrace, you overlook protected National Trust marsh land. Please note. Although generally quiet inside, the road can be very busy during the summer season.
Children are very welcome but it is a water mill by a river and mill pond so young children must be supervised.
